Have you ever been ripped off when purchasing a faulty, defective or poor quality product or service? I have, and it seems to happen more and more.

Have you ever:

·   Purchased an expensive new smartphone and got suckered into purchasing the extended warranty and insurance, you pay monthly for this long enough to pay for the phone over again, and when you need them they tell you that is not covered?

·   Gotten your car repaired at a company with a name you trust. When they finish the job, they tell you "it's all fixed". You drive away and realize it is just as bad as before they 'fixed' it.

·   Bought a product or service that a pushy salesperson told you it is absolutely necessary only to find out later that they are completely unnecessary?

·   Bought a car that breaks down 10 miles after the warranty expires?

The list can go on and on, and it will. The following pages will detail problems and complaints that I and others have experienced.

Venting here may not accomplish much, but it helps to know that you are not alone. And venting helps you feel better too. If enough people can get together and boycott a particular product or service, we might be able to change something.  Let’s try to bring back some of that good old American pride in the products and services we offer and stop trying to continually take our hard earned money.
